Enclosure

Our innovative solution goes beyond electronics; we've meticulously designed a purpose-built enclosure to house all the critical components, including the LilyGO T7000G, e-paper display, and more. This enclosure seamlessly attaches to the back of the existing dispenser, providing a sleek and integrated solution that not only enhances functionality but also complements the dispenser's aesthetics.

Finalized Prototype

Once our PCB and electronics desing was finalized, we continued with our enclosure design, ensuring all components are safely nessled into the enclosure. Further designs will encorporate a waterproof housing, and guards to protect the screen.

Construction

We've leveraged cutting-edge technology for our project by utilizing an Ultimaker 3D printer with PLA material for rapid prototyping. This approach allows us to efficiently 3D print the enclosure, bringing our design to life with precision and speed. The choice of PLA not only ensures durability but also enables us to quickly iterate and refine our enclosure design, ultimately delivering a robust and tailored solution for our innovative project.
