What is Spectrum?
Spectrum is the software that allows broadcasters hide information inside ordinary images and videos using a technique called steganography which is the art of concealing data inside other media so it is invisible to the human eye. This hidden layer can contain either text (i.e. messages, links, or metadata) or other images, making it useful for interactive applications like augmented reality experiences.

Spectrum provides an intuitive graphical interface so both technical and non-technical users can work comfortably. Through simple controls, users can choose how the hidden information is embedded, select different modes and strength levels, and finetune the balance between image quality and data capacity. Spectrum handles the complexity of steganography behind the scenes, allowing users to focus on what information they want to hide, rather than how the hiding process works.
