pinMAME:
Pinball Multiple Arcade Machine Emulator

a publicly created open source software which emulates the original game code of a wide array of Pinball machines from numerous manufacturers.

MPU:
Main Processing Unit

The MPU is responsible for running the software that controls the game logic. It can be thought of as the 'brain' of the hardware.

ROM:
Read Only Memory

These are the software instructions the MPU uses to run Panthera.

LISY80:

​A replacement MPU PCB for the original control boards. The LISY80 board allows use of a Raspberry Pi Zero to store game code and allow custom features to be implemented for the machine's function.​
